Deck Building
Outdoor woodwork planned around the home, the site, and how the space will be used.
Start with the site, scope, and finished goal.
A deck project begins with more than a length and width. Access, elevation, existing structures, intended use, material choices, and local requirements all affect the final scope. We start by understanding the space and what you want the finished project to accomplish.
Photos, rough dimensions, and a simple description of the desired layout are useful starting points. Final scope and pricing require an in-person evaluation of the site and project conditions.
Clear scope before work begins
Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
Tell us what you want completed, what materials are already available, and any timing concerns. We will explain the next practical step and whether an in-person evaluation is needed.
