A door should operate correctly and look finished.
Door work can involve more than replacing one slab with another. Opening size, framing condition, swing, threshold, hardware, exterior exposure, and existing trim all affect the scope. We review those details before installation.
Send photos from both sides of the opening, rough measurements, and product information if you already selected a door. Doors, specialty hardware, and customer-selected products are not included unless the written scope says otherwise.
Clear scope before work begins
Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
