Sun, rain, moisture, and changing temperatures are hard on exterior finishes. We review the surface condition, access, existing coating, repair needs, and the boundaries of the painting project before work begins.
Send wide photos of the home or project area along with close-ups of peeling, damaged, or repaired surfaces. Paint, primers, access equipment, and customer-selected colors are included only when identified in the written scope.

Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
