Photos, room measurements, and product details help start the conversation. Customer-selected flooring is not included unless the written project scope specifically includes it.
Clear scope before work begins
Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
