Interior painting may involve patching, sanding, caulking, protecting nearby surfaces, and planning where colors or finishes change. We talk through the areas involved and the condition of the existing surfaces before setting the scope.

Photos, room dimensions, ceiling heights, color plans, and information about occupied spaces help us evaluate the work. Paint and customer-selected finishes are included only when identified in the written scope.

Clear scope before work begins

Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
