A roof problem needs a careful scope.
Missing or damaged materials, visible flashing trouble, and localized exterior damage can allow a small problem to grow. We review the visible condition, access, roof height and slope, and the limits of the requested repair before accepting the project.
Send ground-level photos, interior photos of any affected ceiling, and details about when the problem appears. Do not climb onto the roof for photographs. Larger, concealed, structural, or specialty roofing conditions may require a roofing specialist.
Clear scope before work begins
Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
