Good tile work starts below the finished surface.
Layout, substrate condition, transitions, edges, and the selected tile all affect the finished result. We review the surface and discuss the pattern, grout lines, trim pieces, and adjoining materials before installation begins.
Send photos of the area, approximate dimensions, and pictures or product information for the tile you are considering. Customer-selected tile and specialty trim are included only when clearly listed in the project scope.
Clear scope before work begins
Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
