The opening and the selected window must work together.

Window installation depends on accurate sizing, the condition of the opening, exterior water management, interior trim, and the selected product. We review what is visible and discuss the installation plan before work begins.

Photos of the interior and exterior, rough opening measurements when available, and product information help us evaluate the request. Windows and specialty materials are not included unless clearly listed in the project scope.

Clear scope before work begins

Photos are a useful starting point, but final scope and pricing depend on the actual site conditions, access, materials, and customer-selected products. We separate the business opening date from Gerry’s hands-on experience: Noah Construction and Handyman Services began in January 2020, and Gerry brings more than 30 years of building experience.
